TVR Evaporation System
Energy saving can be achieved to some extent by using TVR (Thermal Vapor Recompression) technology. High-speed steam flows through the steam injection pump while part of the secondary steam generated in the separator is expelled and mixed into the heating chamber as a heat source to heat the material liquid.
Particular Features
The injection pump has no moving parts, which is not easy to wear, to ensure the maximum reliability of operation.
The amount of steam saved by adopting one injection pump is equivalent to adding one additional effect evaporator.
Evaporation process with injection pump can effectively reduce the final evaporation and save the cooling water.
