Grain is stored in the silo (steel silo or concrete silo) equipped with ventilation and monitoring systems to ensure the safety of grain storage. The bottom of the silo is equipped with conveying equipment (drag conveyor or belt conveyor) for sending grain to downstream equipment through the gate to complete the preliminary discharge. The silo is equipped with a sweep auger inside, which sweeps the grain to the bottom of the silo to complete the final discharge.

Bulk Grain Storage & Handling System and Protein Blending System Used in Ausca

In September 2020, Myande Group Co., Ltd. signed a contract with Hainan Ausca International Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. by which Myande has undertaken a complete 3,000t/d soybean and rapeseed production line. The project includes raw grain storage, oil seeds preparation, solvent extraction, meal storage, meal packaging, and oil refinery sections. Through close cooperation and joint efforts of both parties, the project was officially put into operation in July 2021. The new bulk grain storage & handling system and intelligent protein blending system developed by Myande are incorporated into this project and achieved remarkable performance results.   I. New Bulk Grain Storage & Handling System The new bulk grain storage & handling system is composed of silos, feeding system, discharging system, circulation system, and packing & loading system. The system can effectively improve the operation efficiency of meal and reduce labor costs, thus providing excellent complete solutions for oilseeds crushing plants.     Meal coming from preparation and extraction plants either enters the packaging plant for bagging and shipping, or is transported into vertical silos for storage in which regular circulation is done in order to prevent meal hardening. This project includes three vertical silos for storage of soybean meals and rapeseed meals with different protein content at the same time. Meals will be shipped out according to market requirements, which greatly reduces impacts of uncertainty of the packaging system. When logistics system needs loading, control system can directly switch to discharging mode so that meal is transported into the packaging section for packing and loading. This feature reduces manual work of stacking, unpacking and loading in the bagging warehouse. Meals can also be directly loaded and transported to feed mills or farmers, thus saving bagging costs.   Myande bulk grain storage & handling system adopts advanced intelligent control and data acquisition system to ensure high efficiency, low cost, low loss and low labor intensity of the whole system. It has active early warning and alarm capabilities, and can set different circulation cycles according to different moisture levels. When circulation is needed, the control system will automatically send reminders to the control personnel. If it exceeds preset circulation time, the alarm will be gradually upgraded to managers and senior managers. It has the ability to switch between circulation and storage, realizing automatic operation without manual intervention, which is safer, more reliable and more efficient.     The bulk meal reclaim auger which possesses a number of Myande’s patented technologies is the core equipment of the meal handling system. It is specially developed to meet Ausca’s demand for processing large capacity of meals to fit Ausca’s 10,000 tons meal’s silo. So far the reclaim auger has been running reliably and safely.   II. Intelligent Protein Blending System Based on the experience of previous projects and in-depth communication with Ausca technicians, Myande developed the intelligent protein blending system to ensure accurate control of protein content of soybean meal.   The intelligent protein blending system includes hull & meal temporary storage system, intelligent quantitative system, hull & meal mixing system and protein monitoring system. Soybean meal and hull are transported into the temporary storage system, by comparing with the protein ratio table of hull and meal, the control personnel initially adjust the ratio between hull and meal according to the demand of protein; The hull and meal are fully mixed in the mixing system to ensure the accuracy of protein detection. The protein monitoring system detects the protein content before and after the mixture of hull and meal, corrects the ratio between hull and meal and finally switches to the automatic regulation mode, so as to achieve intelligent and accurate control of protein.   After commissioning, the protein content error of the soybean meal formulated by the intelligent protein blending system is within ±0.05%~±0.1%, which is better than the ordinary system, whose error is ±0.2%~±0.3%. The results far exceed the design expectations.   Through the precise control of soybean meal protein, Myande intelligent protein blending system saves a lot of costs for Ausca and provides strong technical support for its rapid market occupation.   Myande Group adheres to customer-centered and puts the satisfaction of customer needs in the first place, we are dedicated to create a bright future for us as well as for our clients.  

Qingdao Bohai Group 6,000TPD Soybean Crushing Line

Qingdao Bohai Grain and Oil Co., Ltd (Bohai for short) and Myande recently signed a contract by which Myande will undertake for Bohai a 6,000t/d soybean preparation and extraction project. As a key project of the Grains and Oils Base in the Dongjiakou Harbor Area, this production line will further enhance comprehensive capability of Qingdao Bohai Grains and Oils Co., Ltd in terms of energy conservation, environmental protection and intelligent production.   Qingdao Bohai Dongjiakou Grain and Oil Co., Ltd is located in Dongjiakou Harbor Area, Huangdao District, Qingdao City, Shandong Province. Since 2009, the group has constructed 4 production lines, all supplied by international engineering companies. This time, after sufficient market study, Bohai conducted a public bidding for this new 6,000t/d soybean crushing line. Myande won the bid because of its strong engineering capabilities and unique market performance in undertaking large-scale oils & fats projects.

2,000TPD Rapeseed Crushing Plant Launched

Recently, a 2,000 t/d rapeseed crushing plant built by Myande Group for Daodaoquan Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. started operation successfully and started to yield qualified rapeseed oil and meal. Daodaoquan Grain and Oil Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive oil processing enterprise integrating production, scientific research, trade, warehousing and logistics of edible vegetable oil and its related by-products.   This new rapeseed crushing plant incorporates a wide range of Myande core equipment possessing independent intellectual property rights, including the E-type extractor, hydraulic flaker, DTDC, conditioner, and other key equipment. To achieve flexible material incoming and discharging, Myande CCJL series sweep auger and CQJL series reclaimer are used. In addition, advanced energy-saving technology, negative pressure draining technology and intelligent safety technology are used to ensure the stable operation of the entire production line and excellent product index. With the concept of "creating the best performance for our customers", Myande cooperates with DaoDaoQuan to build a modern, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly factory.  

600,000 T/A Wheat Starch Deep Processing Project Successfully Launched

Recently, the 1st phase of Henan Hanyong's 600,000 tons (annual output) wheat starch deep processing project, designed by and installed under the guidance of Myande, has been smoothly commissioned, and contract for the 2nd phase was signed with Myande, marking the further extension of the domestic wheat deep processing industry chain.   Henan Hanyong Biotechnology Co., Ltd. is one of the leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization of Henan province. It mainly produces edible alcohol with strong competitiveness and a high reputation in the market.   Starch deep processing is one of Myande’s important business segments. After years of technology and experience accumulation in the field of starch deep processing, Myande has formed a complete set of production design system with a high degree of automation, stable operation and high product quality. In recent years, Myande has successfully established long-term strategic cooperative relations with multiple famous domestic and international enterprises.   Combining with Hanyong's own industrial advantages, after in-depth research, efficient communication and repeated demonstrations, Myande has designed a set of production plan (as shown in the following figure) specially for the customer, and it can not only produce gluten and wheat starch, but also make better use of the mixed nutrient solution of process water and pentosan to produce alcohol, which will bring considerable economic benefits.   The 1st phase project is a 500tpd wheat flour processing project, including a 3tpd gluten drying system and a 12tpd starch drying system. From beginning to end, the whole project lasted for 10 months. During the whole implementation process, from the plant layout planning, process design, intelligent automation design in the early stage, project service in the mid-term, to the installation, commissioning and training in the post stage, Myande’s rigorous, attentive and efficient one-stop service has won the unanimous praise of Hanyong. Through the joint efforts of Myande and Hanyong employees, a brand-new starch deep processing production line was successfully commissioned and started running smoothly, and all indicators were superior to the technical level of the same industry.   In view of the pleasant cooperation in the 1st phase, Hanyong decided to cooperate with Myande again to expand its wheat starch deep processing output, and signed the 2nd phase project with Myande resolutely, namely 5t/d gluten drying system and 20t/h starch drying system. After which, Hanyong will become a high-quality gluten high-value conversion base with "the largest scale, the best environment protection and the highest level of research and development" in the industry in Asia.
